  A.L.L.'S. WELL & CO. was founded in 1986 in Livingston, New Jersey.  Sheila L. Kalisher is the President and Creator and the company is privately held.  Ms. Kalisher is a former High School English teacher and a Patented inventor.  She is the former President of the National Society of Inventors an invention organization in New Jersey and has been active with the group since 1987.  In 1997, the company produced a ladies' greeting card line trademarked under Astrological Tributes.  In 2004, Sheila recreated all 12 cover designs and this new collection is trademarked under Ladies of the Zodiac.  At present these enhanced images are available for licensing  for upscale products in womens' themed categories.  The artwork is original and quite vivid featuring ladies of each sign along with their corresponding graphics and depictions of environmental art. Sheila encourages licensees and manufacturers to create distinctive items that utilize the new artwork and promote the celebration of women worldwide.

Additionally, she is the owner of the Tackle Box Belt a U.S. utility patent featuring an ideal product for fishermen (and women.) The patent number is: 4,957,231 and can be viewed on the web site: USPTO.gov.
